Rose Vicario

Rose is a Licensed Insurance Broker, and she has joined DCIS in 2024.  She was born and raised in El Paso, TX, and she has called Las Cruces home for the past 10 years.   She graduated from El Paso Community College with an Associate Degree in Ophthalmic Technology.  Rose has travelled to places overseas such as France, Holland, Belgium, and Sardinia, and she lived in Germany for 5 years.  During her stay in Germany, she was blessed with two amazing sons.  Currently, Rose enjoys managing her sons’ band and being a part of all of their overall success.
