Ariel Fragoso has dedicated over 16 years of her life to guiding and supporting clients through their toughest Medicare and health insurance decisions. Driven by a desire to make a difference, she genuinely enjoys helping others and seeing the relief when clients truly understand their needs and coverage. Having witnessed firsthand how insurance impacts her clients’ lives, she places special emphasis on ensuring they are able to receive and maintain proper coverage through all stages of life.


Being a New Mexico native has allowed Ariel to be an exceptional resource. She was born and raised in Silver City, NM and has now spent over 23 years calling Las Cruces, NM her home. Holding a Bachelor’s of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from New Mexico State University, Ariel understands that the key to success lies in education. In addition to her love for work, her greatest pride is raising two amazing boys with her husband, who of course make sure there is never a dull moment in life.

For over a decade, Jessica has proudly served the community as a trusted and experienced insurance broker. With a strong commitment to helping others, she has earned the trust of countless clients by finding plans that meet their unique needs and circumstances.
A native New Mexican, Jessica was born and raised in Doña Ana County and has a deep understanding of the region’s unique needs and available resources. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from New Mexico State University, where she cultivated her passion for community service. After graduating, she began her career in the public sector with Doña Ana County Government, gaining valuable experience that continues to inform her work today.
Jessica transitioned into brokerage to continue serving her community in a more personal and impactful way. She takes pride in understanding her clients' individual situations and pairing them with insurance solutions that truly fit. Her favorite part of the job is building lasting relationships—when clients become friends and later refer their loved ones, she considers it the highest compliment.
Outside of work, Jessica is deeply involved in her community and loves cheering on her daughters as they play for local youth sports teams.

Heidi helps people in local communities across several states (NM, TX, NC) to find affordable and reliable health insurance products from a variety of trusted carriers. She can help you when it comes to Medicare, Individuals, Families, and Small Business Groups. As an independent broker she helps you find the combination that makes sense for you, your personal situation of coverage, and budget.
When working with Heidi you can find comfort knowing that you won’t have to make decisions by yourself! Heidi provides no cost, no obligation consultations to help guide you to make that informed decision and assists you with the enrollment process. Heidi enjoys helping and educating others to try to make a difference in the community. She also regularly presents Medicare 101 sessions in the community and is available to educate your local organization or professional staff.
Since 2021, when not helping folks with their health insurance needs, Heidi freelances as a TV/digital broadcast (ESPN+) soccer color analyst. Heidi played and coached soccer collegiately, played abroad and still plays for fun in the local adult soccer league. Las Cruces has been home to Heidi and her family since 2015.
Prior to becoming a licensed independent health insurance broker Heidi also served 20+ years in the healthcare and health and wellness industries, including as a college instructor and a pharmaceutical representative. She received a Master of Education in Physical Education/Exercise Science from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance/Economics from the University of Massachusetts.

Janet is a licensed Life & Health Insurance Broker who has proudly served her community since 2016. Born and raised in the area, she is passionate about helping individuals and families make confident insurance decisions rooted in honesty, integrity, and care.
A graduate of New Mexico State University, Janet is committed to being a trusted resource through every stage of life—from a client’s first health plan to retirement and beyond. As an independent broker, she works for her clients—not the insurance companies—ensuring their needs always come first. One of her favorite aspects of being a broker is the opportunity to also help her clients’ friends and family members, building lasting relationships through trusted referrals.
Janet lives locally with her husband and their two daughters. Raising her family in the same community she serves gives her work a deeply personal meaning and a strong sense of purpose.

Frank is passionate about working with and helping people have the right sized Medicare or health insurance protection. Developing trust through getting to personally know clients as well as providing excellent customer service is important to me. Frank is a Las Cruces native living in the Mesilla Valley for over 53 years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, a Minor In Government and is a certified Financial Services Agent. Frank loves to read, he believes that a person has to continually grow and develop to be able to effectively help others. For fun he loves to run, read and go on family vacations with his wife and 2 sons.

Pamela was born and raised in Silver City, NM. She graduated from WNMU with an associates in graphic design in 2008 and has now been in the insurance industry for 7 years focusing on final expense and Medicare coverages. Pamela has a passion for helping people and educating her clients on the different options that are available to them.

Clarissa (Classy) Acosta was born and raised in Albuquerque and has called Las Cruces home since 2010.  Professionally, Classy is passionate about helping people navigate the often-overwhelming world of Medicare and health insurance. With a strong background in customer service and her experience with Medicare, she brings empathy, clarity, and a personal touch to each interaction, ensuring every client feels heard and supported in finding the coverage that best meets their individual needs. When she is not helping people with their insurance, she spends time with her husband and two daughters and is actively involved in their athletics and education, coaching, cheering, and supporting every step of the way.

Rose is a Licensed Insurance Broker, and she has joined DCIS in 2024. She was born and raised in El Paso, TX, and she has called Las Cruces home for the past 10 years. She graduated from El Paso Community College with an Associate Degree in Ophthalmic Technology. Rose has travelled to places overseas such as France, Holland, Belgium, and Sardinia, and she lived in Germany for 5 years. During her stay in Germany, she was blessed with two amazing sons. Currently, Rose enjoys managing her sons’ band and being a part of all of their overall success.
