Ariel Fragoso has dedicated over 14 years of her life to guiding and supporting clients through their toughest Medicare and health insurance decisions. Driven by a desire to make a difference, she genuinely enjoys helping others and seeing the relief when clients truly understand their needs and coverage. Having witnessed first hand how insurance impacts her clients’ lives, she places special emphasis on ensuring they are able to receive and maintain proper coverage through all stages of life.
Being a New Mexico native has allowed Ariel to be an exceptional resource. She was born and raised in Silver City, NM and has now spent over 20 years calling Las Cruces, NM her home. Holding a Bachelors of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from New Mexico State University, Ariel understands that the key to success lies in education. In addition to her love for work, her greatest pride is raising two amazing boys with her husband, who of course make sure there is never a dull moment in life.
Jessica is entering her eighth year as a broker. She is a top agent with many clients trusting in her to find a plan that best fits their needs. Jessica is a native New Mexican having been born and raised in Dona Ana County and is very familiar with the unique needs and various resources in this area. She graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelors in Public Health. After graduating she began working in the public sector for Dona Ana County Health and Human Services which helped her gain even more knowledge and experience.
Once becoming a broker, Jessica was able to continue to serve her community through identifying her client’s unique needs and pairing them with an insurance plan that would best fit them. Her favorite part about being a broker is when a client becomes a friend and then being able to help their family and friends as well. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys being in her community, especially watching her daughters play with the local youth sports teams.
Heidi serves the health insurance needs for local community members when it comes to Medicare, Individuals, Families, and Small Business Groups. She gives her clients an understanding of options and how the plans will cover their specific needs and guide them through the process. When working with Heidi you can find comfort knowing that you won’t have to make decisions by yourself! Heidi enjoys helping and educating others to try to make a difference in the community. She also regularly presents Medicare 101 sessions in the community and is available to educate your local organization or professional staff. Prior to becoming a licensed health insurance broker (NM & TX), Heidi also served 20+ years in the healthcare and health and wellness industries, including as a college instructor and a pharmaceutical representative.
Janet was born and raised in Dona Ana County. She graduated New Mexico State University in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. Janet has worked in customer service for over fourteen years with over four years of management experience. She became a licensed broker in 2015 and has a strong desire to help others gain access to great benefits and resources to help enrich their lives. "Helping others is something I have always enjoyed doing and helping people with their insurance needs is a way I can give back by helping my communities and surrounding areas."
Frank Moreno
Frank is passionate about working with and helping people have the right sized Medicare or health insurance protection. Developing trust through getting to personally know clients as well as providing excellent customer service is important to me. Frank is a Las Cruces native living in the Mesilla Valley for over 53 years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, a Minor In Government and is a certified Financial Services Agent. Frank loves to read, he believes that a person has to continually grow and develop to be able to effectively help others. For fun he loves to run, read and go on family vacations with his wife and 2 sons.
Pamela was born and raised in Silver City, NM. She graduated from WNMU with an associates in graphic design in 2008 and has now been in the insurance industry for 7 years focusing on final expense and Medicare coverages. Pamela has a passion for helping people and educating her clients on the different options that are available to them.
Clarissa (aka Classy) is a New Mexico native born and raised in Albuquerque and studied at the University of New Mexico. She has lived in Las Cruces with her husband and two girls for the last 10 years. Outside of helping others professionally, Classy is focused and committed to her family and community. She coaches her girls’ basketball and soccer teams and fosters a supportive and patient environment for all kids to learn and excel. Classy is excited to help guide clients through the often-daunting process of securing a necessary service of Medicare and health insurance. Using her extensive customer service skills, Classy brings a personable and empathic approach to determining the best solution for each client’s individual needs.
